My stay at Pai Resorts Belgaum was very comfortable. The staff was very prompt in service. The morning breakfast was excellent. The location is very good for travellers on Bangalore - Mumbai Highway.

The executive suite room was well decorated large room with lake view close to the highway made a convenient and comfortable stay for our journey to mumbai. A unique feature was the cupboards were separately placed in a room like portion between the wash room and the main large room.

Rooms were with filled with mosquitos. Room cleaning need to be improved. Bed was too soft not comfortable for sleeping. No Pool, No Bar Etc

Good resort right on nh8. Perfect stay for family. Food is very good and tasty. Courteous staff, helped us with early breakfast on our request. Rich and delicious breakfast. Preferred stay option.
